This was an individual project I worked on for university. I was tasked with solving a real-world problem of any degree, and so I chose to focus on the extinction of a certain strand of cheese fungus. My focus was less on solving the problem of the missing cheese, and more focused on providing people with a tool for the changes that would come from it. The main strand of fungus used to make camembert and brie is dying, because we duplicated and edited it too much, and now a virus is attacking it. Luckily though, the original strand still exists, and we can still use it to make the cheeses! However, the colour, texture and taste will just be slightly different from what we're used to. My website provides users with information and reassurance about the change, and recipes to use these cheeses in, to help people with the transition.

I handled all the different aspects of the project, from initial research and design to implementation, testing and coding.
